Poppy Holden is a tertiary student with a passion for expression.

In 2026, her VCE Art Creative Practice work '28W (SE, 0558)' was shortlisted for Top Arts at the NGV. 

​​

In 2025, her VCE Theatre Studies design was exhibited in Top Designs at the Melbourne Museum. 

​

In 2024, she was runner-up for VATE (Victorian Association for the Teaching of English) A Story in Miniature competition. 

​

In 2023, she participated in the State Library of Victoria teen boot camps in play-writing and YA and attended The Wheeler Centre Teen Development day. She was part of the 2023 Readings Teen Advisory Board learning about the book industry and writing posts for their blog. She collaborated in writing for The Wheeler Centre's Choose Your Own Adventure 'Lost In Space' event and appeared in the 2023 Teen Gala. She was long listed for the Insight Publications Creative Writing Competition, and won the Stonnington What's Your Story? for the third time.

In 2022, she won the VATE A Story in Miniature competition. She attended The Wheeler Centre Teen Development day, was part of a group article published in The Age, and read her work at The Wheeler Centre annual Teen Gala.

In both 2019 and 2021, she won the Stonnington What's Your Story? competition. ​​
